Swan Family

These rooms boast a view that enchants at any time of day. The two king bedded Swan Family suite offer the same luxury amenities as all our other rooms including: indoor gas fires, luxurious fully tiled heated bathrooms and large outdoor seating areas. These rooms are located in the main lodge building. One of our Swan Family, accommodates individuals with disabilities, with full wheelchair access.

Garden View

Travelling with a family or group? We have the perfect option for you. Our Garden View rooms offers the same tranquility and garden view as our other rooms, but with the additional space. The Garden View offers two bedrooms; one with king bed, the other with a single. Both bedrooms have their own shower and vanity unit, and a W.C. between the two. A separate dwelling from the main hotel, enjoy your own space, with all the benefits of our other rooms.

Peaceful private retreat

The perfect place for a private retreat with your spouse. We truly enjoyed ourselves with the exclusivity of the place and the beautiful lake views and manicured gardens. Our host Kym is also very friendly and gave us a personalized tour of the place.

Best kid free weekend!!

My husband and I needed a weekend away. And we were blown away by the beauty of the Blackswan. Tranquil, unique, breathtaking to say the least. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Highly recommended!!!!

The Black Swan- quiet, elegant and rest-full.

The Black Swan hotel’s location is magical. The proximity to the lake and the vista across the lake to the city and the surrounding volcanic ridges are breathtaking. The manager was welcoming and obliging and helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Girls weekend

Fabulous accommodation for our much anticipated girls weekend away. Gorgeous rooms stunning grounds we couldn't have been more thrilled with our rooms. The spa in the evening over looking the lake was devine. Patient staff.. We were a wee bit enthusiastic the first evening. Lots of opportunities for Instagram worthy pics on the jetty and lake front grounds. We would absolutely recommend 👌!

What a beautiful place

Beautiful luxury accommodation, staff were amazing and very accommodating. Great location close to everything. Came back to the fire on in our room for us, late check out with Breakfast delivered. Lovely and quiet location right on the lake. Highly recommend this place 👍🥂
